Bills Video of the Week

This weeks Bills video is from Nov. 20, 1988. "The day the goal posts came down"

The Bills came into the game 10-1 with a chance to clinch the AFC East crown for the first time since the Joe Ferguson led 1980 Buffalo Bills. It was a miserable day at Rich Stadium but the good guys got the job done. This was the beginning of the greatest era in Buffalo Bills history. The Bills would advance all the way to the AFC Championship game where they would run into a left handed quarterback and a running back that could shuffle. Who knew that in the following years to come, the Bills would play in the next 5 out of 6 AFC Championship games. It would have been 6 out of 6 but a butter fingered Ronnie "Friggin'" Harmon would drop the winning touchdown pass in Cleveland the following year in the Divsional Round.

On a side note:
I hope every enjoys Channel 2's post game coverage after the game. Those 80's were some crazy times.
